Fraternity living has taken on a whole new meaning. I've been saturated in this environment for my entire stay in Wisconsin and I can't say I totally hate it. Everyone I have met has been nothing but wonderful and my people watching skills along with sociological observations have gotten some serious work. The music of choice here is this phenomenon known as Dub Step. It's this strange mix of techno and weird lyrical shit. I kid you not that is the only way to explain it. It feels like your tripping while you listen, even when you're stone sober. JH, my handsome man, is an avid supporter of this strange combination of music and could not resist bumping the speakers with it tonight. Since it's insanely cold in these parts, hanging in one persons room with some beverages and music is the thing to do. It's a great way to survive these winters here. And it's enjoyable. Which reminds me, I need to quit this blog post so I can stop being the weird girl visiting from New York on her phone in the corner.
